A slice of Paris in the heart of Castlemaine

In an instant I was transported back to Paris. To my left beautiful, artisan cheese being created and to my right delicious chocolate being poured into moulds. The smell was like being in the middle of a French market, complete with French accents echoing in the corridor. Long Paddock Cheese teaches the traditional methods of cheesemaking in a copper vat and run incredible cheesemaking workshops. If that isn't for you, you can visit the shop at The Mill and honestly, they have the best cheese I have ever tasted. Treat yourself to an adventure in Castlemaine, just a little closer and cost effective than a trip to Paris ;)
